If you are using a RAM user and you need to access and use a workspace, you must first add the RAM user as a member of the workspace.
If you are not familiar with concepts such as RAM user, workspace, and permission, read Permissions first.
Procedure
Step 1: Create a RAM user
Skip this step if you already have one.
Use your Alibaba Cloud account to perform this step. If you need to use a RAM user, you must first grant it the AliyunRAMFullAccess system policy. For more information, see Grant permissions to a RAM user.

Step 2: Grant workspace permissions to RAM users
Use your Alibaba Cloud account or a workspace member with control layer permissions to perform this step.
Go to the Account Management page. Click Add User and configure the following parameters.
If your RAM user already exists in Account Management, you can click Edit Permission in the Actions column to authorize it.
Type: Select RAM User.
RAM User: The dropdown list will display all RAM users under your Alibaba Cloud account. Select the RAM user to be authorized.
If you cannot find the user you want to add in the dropdown list, go back to Step 1: Create a RAM user.
Name: Enter the username for the RAM user in Model Studio.
Click Next.
Click Permission. Select a workspace and a role for the RAM user. We recommend that you assign only the minimum permissions required to avoid security risks.
Admin: All features under the workspace.
Visitor: All features under the workspace except for User management and Role management.
Click OK.
(Optional) You can also delete a RAM user from the workspace.
Step 3: Verify the access
The authorized RAM user can now access and use the corresponding workspace. Switch workspaces in the console.
